With recent updates/remodel, a premium waterfront location, and full access to the best of lake life, it's a rare find that combines charm, function, and fun in one perfect package. Let the lake be your backyard - your cozy cottage escape awaits! The space This cottage sleeps 8. 1 bedroom offers a queen size bed while the other small bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed. The new couch is a fold out with a brand new memory foam mattress for sleeping in the living room. There is a side room that offers the comfort of a full size futon. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The deck and grassy space overlooking the lake are amazing. Enjoy the day and evening with scenic views of the lake and all it has to offer. There is a private firepit and semi private wood stove sauna available for use on chilly days and evenings. We have a row boat, paddleboat, kayaks & paddleboards all available for your use and entertainment! If we are up at our place, we can even coordinate a ride for you and your guests around the lake on our pontoon (captained by us). The grassy area behind the cottage (non lake side) can be used for overflow sleeping if you want to pitch a tent! There is a local winery within 10 minutes, a restaurant/bar within the town of Chippewa Lake (3 minutes away) and an ice cream/pizza shop on the lake itself. Big Rapids is a mere 20 minute drive and has many great places to eat!
