Home in Payson

Bring the family to stay in our 4 bedroom and 3 bath home. There are 7 beds and a big, comfy couch for sleeping. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Relax in the large family room and sitting room, or on the front porch or backyard seating area. The yard is large and is fenced on three sides. We are nestled up against foothills with places to walk, hike, and recreate. The space The upstairs and downstairs are rented as separate units. There are separate entrances, but you may hear each other. If you would like to rent both for larger groups, please message me. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, a separate shower, a private toilet, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed. Also a desk for working. Bedroom 3 has two twin-size beds. Bedroom 4 has a full-size bed and another full-size trifold mattress in the closet that can be used as needed. The main room couch is large and comfortable and can sleep one to two people. We have a portable crib, a bassinet, and a high chair available on site. A stroller is available on request. Guest access Check-in is done on your own with a code on the front door. You can contact me through the app anytime with questions. Other things to note Please note that there is a basement unit and they can hear loud foot steps, dragging of furniture, music, etc. Please keep a reasonable quiet time after 10:00PM.
