Situated right on the bay - enjoy breathtaking views and direct access to the beach. The cottage is secluded enough for a peaceful retreat but central enough to enjoy many fun adventures. Book your stay with us and experience the enchanting beauty of Penobscot Bay. The space - Bedrooms: Two charming bedrooms with plush beds (one full, one king) and storage for clothing (closets). Linens supplied for your stay. Please note that the upstairs bedroom (king bed) does not have a door. It is an open floor plan. - Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with modern amenities. Upstairs bathroom has shower and freestanding bathtub, downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. - Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Full sized oven, induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances also provided (coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, electric kettle, blender). - Living Area: Comfortable seating with two full size couches and expansive windows to take in the view. - Library: Couch and plenty of books/games/puzzles for reading and relaxing during a rainy afternoon. Wall mounted television. Couch pulls out for additional sleeping space. Views of the water. - Outdoor Space: Spacious deck with panoramic water views, an outdoor dining area that seats six, an outdoor lounge area with a couch and two arm chairs, a coffee table, small propane fire table and a full sized propane bbq grill. *** Cottage has direct access to the shore/water. Must be able to climb stairs to access. Additional notes: - Cottage is 4 seasons - Direct water access - Air Conditioning throughout - High-speed WiFi - Smart TV with streaming services - Washer and dryer on site - Free parking on premises for 2 cars - Linens are supplied - Basic toiletries are supplied Guest access Registered guests will have full access to the entire cottage and its own outdoor decks. Start your day with a coffee on the porch, take a leisurely walk along the shoreline, or simply unwind and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. Registered guests will share the stairs to the shore as well as the central common outdoor space (the six Adirondack chairs) with guests of the neighbouring cottage. This setup is similar to how hotels arrange their common spaces, providing a shared area for relaxation and socializing. Other things to note - Not child-friendly; our cottage is adults only. - Must be able to climb stairs. - No smoking. - No parties or events. - No pets. - Quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM - Interior is subject to change (linens, decor, fixtures).
