Entire accommodation well located in a quiet area. 5 minutes from Cádiz by the new "La Pepa" bridge, 10 minutes from Puerto Santa María, a few meters from Los Toruños Natural Park where you can go hiking, mountain biking and kayaking. 10 minutes by car from Cádiz's historic center and Cortadura beach, and 20 minutes by highway from beaches such as El Palmar, La Barrosa or towns such as Vejer and Jerez de la Frontera. It is an area well connected by direct buses to Cádiz The space The accommodation is on the second floor with an elevator, consisting of a full kitchen (oven, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer) with a window overlooking a backyard where you can hang out. The apartment has an electric hot water heater with a replacement cylinder, which we leave on so you don't have to turn it on. It consists of a living/dining room with a table and 4 chairs, a corner sofa, a small table next to the sofa, a TV, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. We don't have Wi-Fi in the apartment. The living room has access to a private terrace with an awning. The house has a single good-sized bathroom, with a bathtub and bidet. There are two similarly sized bedrooms, both with a wardrobe.
