The space Single-story house, and the space to be rented is in the garden at the back of the property, with a private entrance on the side of the house. It does not have air conditioning, but powerful fans. Garage available for guests at no additional cost. Public transportation at the door, to subway stations and downtown. The place is situated on an avenue with occasional car noise at peak times, but that does not bother, because as previously stated, the space is at the back of the property. Pleasant garden that provides well-being and tranquility to guests. Guest access Access to the space is through the garage corridor, with complete privacy. Access to the front, back and backyard gardens with lots of plants in a pleasant environment. There are two houses on the same lot, and I live in the main house, gardens and backyard are shared with me and 4 beautiful kittens.
