Large house in a quiet village. It is very close to everything: 15 minutes from the beaches of Laredo, Noja, Isla…; about 20 minutes from Santander and a little more from Cabarceno Park. Ideal for large families or groups of families. The space The house has the typical layout of Cantabrian houses. It was built in the 1940s, renovated in 2006 and refurbished in 2024. It consists of the house and a large enclosed garden with fruit trees and a barbecue area. This is a house acquired to enjoy with the family and therefore we have put all our love into conditioning it to our liking and we hope that of our guests. Guest access The house has large common areas on the ground floor, with a full kitchen, integrated into a spacious living-dining room presided over by a magnificent fireplace and from which the garden is accessed. The bedrooms are on the first and second floors. The barbecue area is covered and has a long table with a bench on which you can sit comfortably day and night. There is also an indoor garage for one car and a private parking area for up to 3 more cars outside. Finally, we have a laundry and covered storage area, and a woodshed. Other things to note The house is fully rented and is booked for any number of guests up to a maximum of 13 people.
