Many of his original paintings still adorn the foyer today. Enter your unit through the main entrance on the parlor level and ascend the staircase to the second floor. Step into a fully renovated apartment featuring ample space, modern amenities, and stylish décor, anchored by refinished original hardwood floors and historic touches. The upgraded kitchen boasts new appliances, fresh white quartz countertops, and ample cabinet space. Guest access The entire apartment is setup for you use! We have a pullout couch in the living room that you can pull out if you choose, and provide sheets and blankets for it. You must walk up the main staircase out front to the Parlor level, and then another set of stairs inside to get to your floor. Other things to note This is in a historic home with multiple apartments and some having long-term tenants in place, so please be respectful to your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum especially from 10PM - 7AM.
