This listing is for one of the units, which has: • Private entrance • Comfortable bedroom • Private full bathroom • Equipped kitchen • Dining area • Exclusive space for the guest There are no shared indoor areas. The entire apartment is for your private use during your stay. We also have areas that are shared with other guests, namely the pool, BBQ area, and laundry room, which are for common use by both apartments. The pool belongs to the private property and is open at any time, except on Wednesdays when it is cleaned. It can only be used in the afternoon after 4:00 p.m. Guests will have an outdoor parking area. It's a quiet, cozy and private place.
