The space The property is surrounded by a lush garden with a linden tree and a weeping willow in the center and is one of the few villas with direct access to the small natural park through a door at the back of the courtyard. Here, guests can exercise and relax, fully immersed in nature. POOL AND TENNIS COURT The property is located in a villa complex and offers free access for up to 5 people at a time to the pool area and tennis court. There are three pools of different depths, located at Via delle Costellazioni, No. 20. This relaxation and leisure area is just a short, few-minute walk away. Guest access Guests have free access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property. Other things to note Please note that the pool area is open only seasonally: each year from June 15th to September 8th. The pool allows up to five entries at a time, and you’ll find the access cards placed above the fireplace in the living room :) The free shuttle service departs from the church, about 5 minutes on foot from the villa inside the consortium. It takes you to the beach club “Le Sirene”, where one umbrella and two sunbeds are included for free :) The shuttle ride to the beach takes just 5 minutes. 🕒 Shuttle times: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM ❗ No service between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM. In the morning, shuttles run every 30 minutes. In the afternoon, every 60 minutes, but if there are many guests, the shuttle returns immediately for the next group, often running continuously :) We would like to specify that in this municipality Airbnb does NOT collect the tourist tax.
