With 6 cozy bunk beds, a fun-filled game room, and two decks offering stunning lake views, it’s perfect for family getaways. Enjoy direct lake access from the single-slip dock and swim pier. On the main channel with open and year round deep water. Unwind and make lasting memories in this idyllic retreat! Located 10 minutes from I-65, as well as grocery stores and food and 10 minutes from Trident Marina. The space There are 4 bedrooms, two king beds and two queen beds, and 2 full baths in the main living area. Downstairs boasts two triple bunk beds, so 6 twin beds and a full bathroom with rain shower. There are two arcade games to keep kids and adults entertained. NFL blitz and Mortal Kombat. Outside there are two large decks off each level of the house. On the upper deck is a large dining table and chairs and a lounge set to relax and enjoy the views of the lake. The lower deck has two tables and chairs and a porch swing. After walking down the stairs to the dock you will find another large deck that looks out over the lake and the dock. There is a table and chairs to relax and watch the water. Continue down the walkway onto the single slip dock with a swim pier. Inside the dock box are multiple chairs for your use. There are also life jackets in the box that you are free to use. 3 adult sized, 7 child sized, and one infant sized. Just place them back in the box when you are done using. Other things to note You can use Kroger delivery at this address to have groceries delivered. The Papa Johns in Dodge City does not deliver to the house.
