Welcome to the Quiberon Peninsula: on one side the bay, on the other the ocean, opposite: the Breton islands. This multitude of landscapes offers a striking spectacle and a guaranteed escape: a seaside trip to Morbihan Sud, 30 minutes from Vannes, 10 minutes from the Carnac menhirs! No equivalent service on the Quiberon peninsula! This is the distance to the sea on each side of the LOFT Located on the isthmus of Penthièvre, a unique landscape in France bordered by water on both sides, the LOFT allows: On the west side, 90 meters on foot, the ocean near the fort of Penthièvre, with its huge beach, which stretches over 35 km and in one piece, classified Grand Site of the wild dunes of Gâvres in Quiberon, paradise for lovers of sand yachting, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding. East side, 300 meters away, the Bay of Quiberon, calmer sea, with its fine sandy beaches, its ports, its oyster parks, favorite area for lovers of fishing on foot at low tide. The Loft is suitable for families and friends, yoga/sports/wellness retreats; business seminars. Linens are provided. However, we do not provide shower gel in the bathrooms. Guest access Access by car, bus (Breiz GO), train (Penthièvre stop only in summer by the Tire-bouchon at Auray station), bike (La Littorale bike path between Etel and Quiberon). 6 private parking spaces are provided in front of the LOFT. Julie from the Conciergerie organizes your welcome; she contacts you a few days before to organize your arrival and the details of your stay. Her contact details will be sent to you by text message. Other things to note The LOFT's house rules A welcome booklet with the description of the equipment and the rules of proper functioning is set up in order to respect the place, all its equipment as well as the furniture. It will be sent to you upon confirmation of the booking. Maintenance of the LOFT: Housekeeping is a mandatory service to ensure the hygiene of the Loft, the treatment of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the renewal of linens. However, at the end of your stay, you are asked to: - remove the bed linens (pillowcases, fitted sheets and duvet covers) and leave them in each room; - gather the towels used in each bathroom; - leave the toilets and bathrooms clean; - the kitchen must be tidy: dishes washed and tidied, coffee filter removed, fridge clean... - the garbage cans must be emptied in the containers located on the other side of the road, opposite the entrance to the Penthièvre campsite, (behind the La Trinitaine store); All equipment and cleaning products are in the laundry room to make good use of them during the stay. Cleaning products are chosen with the "Ecolabel" logo, more environmentally friendly. However, if you wish, for long stays, the Concierge offers an intermediate cleaning service. LOFT linens Linens are provided and include: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels, tea towels. You have to bring your beach towels.
