There are also several gyms next to it, as well as diverse outdoor terrain. Other things to note The guest is responsible for any damages caused by themselves and other guests. There is a minimum charge of €500 for a lost key. No smoking inside or on the balcony. No shoes to be worn inside. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. No extra persons or parties. There is a decibel meter in the apartment that does not record audio. If we receive a noise notification, we will send you a message. We hope that this will be resolved on the first or, at the latest, the second warning. Please note, however, that a third warning is grounds for suspending the reservation without compensation.
