Come and recharge in the heart of Normandy in this pretty house with neat decoration, equipped with all the comforts that will guarantee you a successful stay. Your small pets are also welcome. The house is at the crossroads that will take you to many tourist sites. A large living space and three bedrooms make up this house whose terrace, with views of the pond and garden, promises you good times. The space The house, with a total area of approximately 70 m2, benefits on the ground floor from a large living space consisting of a comfortable living room, under a cathedral ceiling, equipped with a television with possible access to streaming platforms (with your own credentials). A fully equipped open kitchen, also serving as a dining area, completes this space. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom furnished with a 140 cm double bed, a dresser and a baby bed that can be converted into a bench. A furnished entrance with storage leads to a separate toilet and a large bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped with a washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom in an attic mezzanine, furnished with a 140 cm double bed and small furniture and storage accessories, is connected by a walkway to a small bedroom furnished with two 90 cm beds. Although two adults can sleep there perfectly, this last bedroom is still ideal for children. Important: these two bedrooms are open, access to the small bedroom can be closed by a curtain. Linens are provided for all rentals: sheets (beds will be made upon arrival), towels and dish towels. Outside, a pretty old brick terrace will guarantee you beautiful summer evenings. It is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and two deckchairs. The exteriors, with a total area of about 600 m2, are not to be outdone! From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the water lily pond, extremely flowery in summer. Swings are also available for young and old! Finally, a small hen house (without a rooster!) populated by small ornamental hens will amaze you, we are sure! Important: the house and that of the owners are on the same property. A small fence, however allows the two spaces to be separated, so you can really feel at home. Guest access Access to the house is via an electric gate, shared with the owners. When you arrive, we will be there to open the gate and give you a remote control, with the keys, which will allow you to be completely autonomous in your comings and goings. Other things to note Animal lovers, we gladly accept the arrival of your furry friends. Nevertheless, the house and its surroundings are not suitable for large dogs. Also, we prefer to limit access to two pets for these same reasons. If in doubt, or if you have any questions or special cases, please do not hesitate to ask us. The house is located in Boisney, a small town of less than 300 inhabitants located in the center of Normandy. This central position will allow you to shine on all the tourist attractions of Normandy and diversify the activities of your stay. Very close to the Risle Valley, a river known for the many charming villages it crosses, the surrounding area is full of beautiful and unusual places for nature lovers. The town of Brionne, 6 km away, will offer you all the amenities you need for your stay (local shops, Sunday morning market, supermarkets, etc.) in addition to its leisure base offering very many activities. The very pretty town of Bernay, accessible by train from Paris in 1h30, is only 12 km away.
