This beautifully designed home with a modern Spanish style & touches of glam is a 3 bed 2 bath house. Offering a gorgeous tropical pool & spa with breathtaking waterfalls, a grotto, fancy lights & a water slide. The backyard is an ideal place to enjoy the CA. sun & a built in BBQ during the day & a large fire pit with plenty of comfy seating at night. The space Golden Paradise is approximately 1500 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and has been extensively remodeled throughout. This is a perfect home for families or friends (sleeps up to 8 with pull out cots). THIS IS NOT A HOUSE TO THROW A PARTY AT! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GET TOGETHERS ALLOWED! The spacious primary suite, offers a comfortable king size bed, a convenient work desk, a smart TV, a sitting area chair, a walk-in closet, and a exquisite spa like ensuite bathroom, consisting of a large walk shower, stand alone bathtub and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and closet. The 3rd bedroom offers full size bunk beds, with an additional pull out twin bed at the bottom, smart TV, small desk, and closet. Technically there are 4 beds and 3 pull out cot beds, so 6-8 people could sleep comfortably. The great room living area concept is perfect place for gathering, with vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with large island opening to the living room and dining room. The dining room has bi-fold patio doors that open to the back yard. The backyard is an entertainer's paradise to enjoy time with friends or family. The pool is a perfect oasis, with waterfalls, slides, grotto seating under the waterfall, beautiful lighting and a spa that cascades into the pool. The pool is on a smart control tablet so you can comfortably control the waterfalls, slide, fountains and heat (There is a $75 charge per day to heat the pool, this may be negotiated depending on time of the year, booking, and gas prices. If guest wants to heat the pool this needs to be discussed with the host prior to heating, pool heats to about 90-95 degrees, and defaults to 85-90 overnight if heating option is requested). Hot tub is free to heat. There is also a built-in back yard bbq, large fire-pit with ample seating, and a pergola with ceiling fans and lights. There is also a fold up ping pong table, Cornhole, and pool toys to enjoy. Guest access The guest can use the whole house and front and back yards for their private enjoyment. Other things to note The home is on a residential street with single family residences, but we're a corner lot so there is more privacy from neighbors because of that. One side of the house does side up to a semi busy street, but the house has new dual pane windows through out, new insulation, and is fenced and gated all around (front, back, and sides).
