The bathroom has recently been refurbished with modern grey tiles, a large shower head for extra luxury and a bath. The dining room has space for 4 people to eat. There is a full-length mirror on the stairs. There is an ironing board and Hoover avaliable for guests to use if they wish under the stairs along with plenty of cleaning products in the kitchen under the sink. The garden currently needs some attention and will be replaced with grass, outside furniture, shelter and a barbeque at the end of the year.
