Archipelago cottage in Roslagen

Welcome to stay in this newly-renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The property is a few minutes walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running tracks. Right outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom sleeps two and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties. The space A completely newly renovated archipelago cottage offering a separate bedroom with a continental bed for two people. The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room contains a hallway with good storage, a sofa bed with two sleeping places and a new, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. A bathroom with a shower, combined washing and drying machine and toilet. Access is available to electric car chargers, paid through AirBnB. There are two newly purchased sea kayaks for rent, for example, to paddle into the center of Norrtälje via the beautiful canals. Rates (year 2025): 250 SEK/kayak/2 hours 350 SEK/kayak/full day If you want to rent several days, it costs SEK +150/kayak/day. Let me know if you're interested! You are welcome to check in after 3 pm, the time it suits you. Late check-in is just as good. The cottage is equipped with a smart keypad for smooth access, where code is sent out by AirBnB shortly before arrival. Sheets and bathroom towels can be rented for 100 SEK per person. The house is left tidy in the same state as when you arrived. If you'd rather add cleaning to your reservation, that's fine, price SEK 800. There is a TV screen in the cabin, bring a Chromecast or the equivalent to be able to play from your streaming apps. The cottage is located on a plot with a main building where we in the host couple live, a greenhouse as well as another small guest house. The smallest cabin is equipped with a 180 bed with two additional sleeping places, which can be added to the booking for SEK 500/night if desired. The main house may be rented to other parties during your stay. Guest access You are most welcome to use the entire guest house and its veranda. Just outside the property, there is a large park for play and activity.
