Come and enjoy our beautiful village house, in the heart of southern Ardèche, in the lower Vivarais. Perfectly located in the heart of the beautiful village of Les Vans, this apartment will offer you a view overlooking the fountain and its Saturday morning market. Renovated and fully equipped, this place can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. You can freely access and move between the 3 floors via a magnificent stone staircase. This village house of 110 m2 is composed of a beautiful living room, a kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The entrance to the house is via a pedestrian street for the summer season. On the ground floor you will find a toilet and laundry room with washing machine and cleaning kit. On the 1st floor, you will discover a beautiful equipped kitchen (microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender...) as well as a warmly decorated living room. You can dine on the large table and enjoy the couch On the 2nd floor, you will find 2 through bedrooms. The first is equipped with a 90x190 bed and a shower area open to the bedroom; in the second, a 140x190 bed. On the 3rd floor, 4 beds: 1 queen bed in 160x200 and 2 small beds in 90x200 (convertible into a 180x200 bed if you paste them). On this floor, the bathroom with toilet are on the landing. Sheets and towels are provided for all guests. We also provide 1 fan per room. By terrace or balcony Our apartment has been decorated by us, soberly but with taste. Car traffic is prohibited there in the afternoons from mid-July to the end of August. The village of Les Vans is located 70 km from Montélimar train station, 90 km from Nîmes train station. Lyon Airport is 220 km away and Marseille Airport is 180 km away. To reach the highway, allow 80 km to the north (Loriol) and 90 km to the south (Nîmes) Remember that Ardèche remains the only French department without train stations and highways! Roads can be winding and narrow, take your time and admire the breathtaking scenery, you are on vacation! Other things to note This corner of Ardèche is full of outdoor activities: swimming in the river or lake, relaxing, hiking, walks. And for the more athletic and daring: canoeing-kayaking, canyoning, climbing, horseback riding, paragliding, bungee jumping, karting, mountain biking, tree climbing, via ferrata...
