The space 25 minutes from Troyes, 5 minutes from Lac d'Orient and all shops, at the foot of the Vélovoie (direct access without going through the road), discover this superb cottage inspired by the elegance and charm of English cottages, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park with private pond (unsecured). Located on the edge of a national road, offering easy and quick access to services, amenities and activities, the house is equipped with excellent sound insulation to enjoy the calm inside. On the ground floor (access to the front door by a few steps), you will have an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room overlooking the terrace with fireplace for winter evenings, a toilet with washbasin and 3 double bedrooms (180 x 200 beds). Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms (180 x 200 beds) and a family room consisting of 2 connecting bedrooms (180 x 200 bed + 3 90 x 190 beds, 2 of which can be brought together to form a double bed). All bedrooms have a TV and private bathroom (shower or bathtub, sinks, toilet). Outside, you will enjoy the shaded and flowered enclosed and private park with barbecue, a spacious terrace with relaxation lounges, parking on the property. The stay includes: beds made, heating, electricity, wood, linen. The end of stay cleaning is optional at €150.
