Located at the edge of a national road, offering easy and quick access to services, amenities and activities, the house is equipped with excellent sound insulation to enjoy the calm inside. On the ground floor (access to the front door by a few steps), you will have an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room overlooking the terrace with fireplace for winter evenings, a toilet with handwasher and 3 double bedrooms (180x200 beds). Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms (180x200 beds) and a family room composed of 2 connecting rooms (bed 180x200 + 3 beds 90x190 of which 2 can be brought together to form a double bed). All rooms have private TVs and bathrooms (shower or bathtub, sinks, wc). Outside, you will enjoy the enclosed and private shaded and flowered park with barbecue, a spacious terrace with relaxing lounges, parking in the property. The stay includes: made beds, heating, electricity, wood, linen. End of stay cleaning is optional at €150.
