Very privileged location, very close to Praia do Novo Campeche and surrounded by quality services, and you can do everything on foot if you prefer. Easy access to the airport, center and tourist attractions of the east and south of the island. It offers a great structure for remote work with 600 Mbps fiber optic internet. The space The space consists of two main environments, an en-suite overlooking the lake with access to the front deck of the house (with private hammock) and covered area, and another environment that includes a full kitchen integrated with a living room (with a very comfortable double sofa bed) and a toilet. Both environments overlook the lake, which makes every moment very special. Our frames have thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring the well-being of guests. In our beautiful garden, guests can enjoy our delicious organic garden and harvest fresh vegetables, teas and spices. In addition, we have a shower to take a bath when you return from the beach, a fire pit area and a large grassy area to relax. Guest access In the same building as the "Flat Lagoinha" in this listing, we also have the "Casa Lagoinha," which has an independent entrance on a different side, and at the back of the property we have another house where my husband and I usually are, we are very quiet and respectful people, we leave our guests super comfortable and we are always available for whatever they need! You don't have to worry, because the houses were designed so that everyone has privacy ;) The front deck is divided by a trellis with plants that delimits the area of each house. Other things to note *We provide our guests with the following free of charge: - 1 Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) for paddling in the Lagoon - 1 Parasol - 1 Beach chair - Bed linen and bath/face towels. *For long-term rentals (+28 nights) we provide extra bedding and towels, which must be returned washed. * Services that can be contracted separately: - Bike rental (check availability) * Washing dirty dishes is not included in the cleaning fee. Leave it clean when you leave! Thank you! *If there are additional guests than agreed in the reservation, a fee of R$ 150 reais per day/person will be charged. At Lagoinha's Guest House, we care about the environment and believe we have to be the difference we want to see in the world! We have solar water heating, rainwater harvesting for garden irrigation, the wood used in the construction is reused, our large cross openings allow good lighting and ventilation in all environments, reducing electricity consumption. We advise our guests to make the correct separation of garbage, we make conscious use of chemicals in cleaning and we have an organic garden for guests to consume.
