The space Quiet and bright Rétais house, 1 min walk from the Market and Church, 8 minutes from the most beautiful beaches. Peaceful garden with old stones and exotic wood deck, garden furniture and outdoor table. Sun loungers on the lawn. Natural light in the living room, dining room, and small TV lounge. Two modern bathrooms and upstairs three lovely bright bedrooms. The street is quiet, the house is in the hyper-center with direct access to the bike paths. 3 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room, an open kitchen, 1 small living room with a TV. 2 bathrooms with toilets, a beautiful garden. Hot tub available as an optional extra, for an additional fee, upon request. Use of the hot tub is not automatically included in the booking. The house does not provide sheets or towels. You have two options: rent sheets from a local provider for €22 per set, or bring your own. We can give you the provider’s name so you can contact them directly, or we can handle it for you if you prefer. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to rent the sheets so we can arrange the delivery. Guest access Spa is usable from between May and August Other things to note - The village is in the center of the Île de Ré. - The house is: - 100 meters from the central market - 700 meters from the sea - 150 meters from the bus shuttle to La Rochelle train station - 18 km from La Rochelle airport - 22 km from La Rochelle train station - You can use the shuttles (round trip) from La Rochelle train station (line 150).
