Modern apartment by Pepa

Welcome to Pepa's Houses :) Pepa y Familia is our 50m2 apartment. We are located in the east side of León, less than 1km from the Barrio Húmedo (Old town). Points of interest: -Plaza Mayor (and Barrio Húmedo) at 10min walking distance. -Cathedral at 15 min walking distance -Casa Botines 15 min by bus or 20 min walking distance -Murallas at 15 min walking distance. Also, there are several bus stops in the area. The space In a building with elevator, the apartment is located on the 4th floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in a space open to an area with dining table - a kitchen area open to the living room - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * 2 bedrooms, both with two 90x200 single beds joined together - 1 bathroom It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. If you are more then 2, please contact us for the availability of the other apartments. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property does not have air conditioning. The house has central heating with days and times preset by the community. It is usually on from October to April-May. You can regulate heating by using the thermostat in the living room. *The dates may vary according to the season. The hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 80L: once it is exhausted, just wait for the water heater to fill up again. Parking on the street is available and free of charge. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
