Guest access Guests will have full private access to Magnolia Manor during their stay, including all three levels of the home, the finished basement lounge, screened porch, and outdoor areas. There are 4 designated guest parking spaces for your convenience. Other things to note ➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤ Pack ’n play and children’s books are available for families traveling with little ones. ➤ While the home is family-friendly, it is not childproof—there are no safety gates, outlet covers, or cabinet locks, so children must be supervised at all times. ➤ Pets are not allowed. ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted. ➤ Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unapproved visitors. ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account). ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage). ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm—please keep noise to a minimum. ➤ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
