Other things to note Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $250 security deposit prior to their reservation. This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation.
