The space New building located two blocks from the beach (Praia das Dunas), with spacious balcony, two bedrooms, accommodating comfortably up to 5 people - 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, and still accommodates 1 more person in an inflatable mattress or futon mattress. Two full bathrooms, one in the suite. Fully furnished and equipped in all environments, kitchen appliances, A/C in both bedrooms, washing machine. A 46' TV + sound bar in the living room and a 32' TV in the suite. WiFi. Two parking spaces in the garage and bike rack. Note that the price varies on vacations and holidays. Guest access In Brazil, specially in small towns like Cabo Frio the Internet services and cable TV are still very precarious, especially during the summer, carnival, national holidays when the city is very visited by tourists.
