Other things to note Please note, the home provides a clothing steamer, not a traditional iron. SEASONAL NOTE: Snow is rare here, but it can occur. In winter, it’s strongly recommended to have an all-wheel drive vehicle with chains or snow socks in the trunk. These things may be required at CHP checkpoints whenever snow is forecast.
