The space Vivenda Palácio do Itamaraty offers a charming stay in a safe area in the Palácio da Alvorada region, just five minutes from the Esplanada dos Ministérios. This cozy space was designed to accommodate up to four people with maximum comfort and practicality. The unit has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed that provide good nights of rest. The space is also equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning, ensuring entertainment and comfort in any season. The kitchen is complete and well-equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals, from dishes and cutlery to all the essential utensils. And for added convenience, the unit has a washer and dryer, ideal for short or long stays. The bathroom, equipped with hot and cold water, provides relaxing baths, and the trousseau, including quality bed linen and bath towels, is available to ensure an even more enjoyable experience. Guest access Access to the venue is 100% through electronic locks, with personalized passwords per guest. You will receive a password for the main entrance and an individual password for your unit, along with self check-in instructions, for everyone's safety. Other things to note Vila de Charma Brasília is located in the Recanto do Jaburu Farm Sector, a quiet retreat, yet close to everything! Access to the property includes 100 meters of dirt/gravel road. The nearest market is 700 meters away. The neighborhood's central square, with supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, etc., is 1.2 km away. We do not offer cleaning during your stay. If you need it, let us know. We have specialized people to serve you at an affordable cost. If you need a flexible schedule, please give advance notice, which will be checked with the host ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY. There is no additional charge for up to 2 hours before check-in and 2 hours after checkout, PROVIDED AVAILABILITY IS CONFIRMED BY THE HOST. For more than 2 hours, check the additional cost with the host. As we are a Village with eight units, divided into three different categories, there will eventually be a relocation of units between the same category or with an upgrade, for better accommodation of guests (early check-in, late check-out, etc.).
