Escape to our charming tiny home, perfect for a cozy getaway! A stones throw to beautiful woodland and parks, it's also a five minute to local amenities including pubs, restaurants and shops. This well equipped, quirky space can sleep up to 5 but it's recommended no more than 2 adults and up to 3 children as it's not a huge space. (5m long, 2m wide). The shower room and toilet and are set aside from the tiny home in an outbuilding. If you're interested, get in touch to check availability. The space We refer to our beautiful tiny home, which sits next to our house, as 'Badgers Nest.' The space is well utilised with three single beds and a dining table with surrounding seating. This table and seating converts to a double bed. There's a small second room in the tiny home with useful storage space and a fridge. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas hob, an air fryer, and a kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful stay. Just steps away, in a refurbished outhouse you'll find a modern shower and toilet, providing a fresh and pleasant experience in a private setting. Other things to note You are welcome to use the garden which includes a swing, trapeze, football rebounder and a large trampoline! (Disclaimer: It might be a bit overgrown at certain times of year as I can't get out there as much as I would like to!) Please note that the tiny home isn't connected to mains water. There are containers below the sink which are filled and emptied from the tap outside. Whilst the tiny home sleeps five, I would suggest this isn't five adults but more suitable to two adults and three children due to it's size. If you like the buzz of the city , you can walk into central Nottingham in 30mins, or there's buses about every 8 minutes. A taxi will set you back c. £6/7. If nature's more your vibe, Colwick woods are close by or you could drive to the wonderful Sherwood Forest in 40mins.
