Brand new very nice home in the central location of Thatcher. Walking distance to Eastern Arizona College. Home features many luxuries including walk in showers, soaking tub, large open kitchen. 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms makes it a perfect home for large family gatherings. The space Bedroom 1(master): King bed and pull-out sofa bed. Black out roller shades. Large flat screen smart tv in room. Room has its own master bathroom space with large walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanity, separate toilet room and large walk-in closet with pack-n-play. Master closet opens up to laundry room. Bedroom 2: Queen bed that has its own closet and flat screen smart tv. Black out roller shade. Bedroom 3 & 4: Queen beds in each room with their own smart tv's and closets. These bedrooms open up to a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Black out roller shades. Bathroom 3: Hall bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower. Fully stocked large kitchen with walk in pantry, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven. Open living floor plan with kitchen opening up to large family room/dining room. PLEASE NOTE: kitchen is stocked with pans/skillets/pots/cookie sheets/utensils to cook with. Kitchen is NOT STOCKED with food. There may be some seasonings left in the cabinet from previous guests but I do not stock the kitchen with food/drink items. There is a Keurig in the home that you are welcome to use, but please bring your own pods as I don’t know everyone’s coffee preferences. There is also a coffee maker. 😊 Family room has comfortable seating with large flat screen, smart tv mounted to the wall. Books and games are in the tv console. PLEASE NOTE: backyard is not landscaped. We have plans to landscape the back yard but it is not complete at this time. Guest access Guests have access to entire 2300sf home. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep the nightly price of the home at the rate it is for this size of home & to protect the A/C unit from freezing up, the thermostat has a lock on it at 70 degrees.
