Weekly (Mondays) outside lawn maintenance Bi-weekly pest control for fleas, ticks and mosquitos. On-site, outdoor security cameras on front doors and rear doors facing guest/tenant parking. NO cameras in the shared patio and hot tub gazebo. Large on-site parking area for oversized vehicles. Weather permitting there is an outdoor space with a gas grill and dining.
