Welcome to Cottage du Potager, Come and discover this little paradise of 35m2, in the heart of a vegetable garden. Enjoy the Nordic bath all year round, head in the stars around the corner of the fire pit. 24min from the factory shops, close to the champagne lakes and 30min from the Champagne vines. The property is located on the main street of our small village of 120 inhabitants. We are also delighted to welcome you and your four-legged companions! (garden not fenced) The space The cottage is an entire and independent accommodation, located close to our house, while preserving your tranquility. 🌿 We live in a very small village of 120 inhabitants. The first supermarkets and shops are about 15 minutes away by car. The listing: With an area of 35 m², the cottage consists of: - A main room - A kitchen equipped with fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, two stove tops, pots, mixer and blender. - A modular bar to share your meals indoors. - Separate toilet. - A separate bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit. - A 160 x 200 bed. - An outdoor terrace with two deckchairs and garden furniture. - A vegetable garden, with access to vegetables part of the year (no vegetables from November to June on average). - A Nordic bath with jacuzzi option, 100% private, usable all year round (excluding periods of heavy frost). - Umbrella bed and high chair on request. We welcome babies with great pleasure. However, due to the size of the accommodation, the space becomes more restricted once the folding crib is installed. 🐴 Things to know: - The garden is not enclosed - Horses are grazing nearby - There's no TV or air conditioning. The price includes: - The entire place, just for you - Access to the private Nordic jacuzzi bath for the duration of your stay (please let us know in advance if you want it to be heated to enjoy it as soon as you arrive) - Wood for the Nordic bath and brazier - Bath towels, bathrobes and tea towels - Basic groceries: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and sugar - An arrival kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and tea towels We will be happy to chat with you for any special requests: birthday, marriage proposal, Valentine's Day, etc. 📸 To discover more about the place in pictures and videos, don't hesitate to follow us on @lecottagedupotager10 Guest access The cottage is located in the heart of our vegetable garden. The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of our main residence. You have private access for the duration of your stay to the vegetable garden. You can park at the foot of the cottage. Other things to note Attention the cottage is located in a very small town of 120 inhabitants on the main street. We are in the countryside, you may hear the rooster crow, the bells of our beautiful church ring and also deal with the local fauna & flora. Our cottage is located in the heart of the fields and agricultural activity. Depending on the season and the work of the farmers (tractors, machines, harvests, etc.), there may be noise at certain times of the day or early in the morning. Thank you for understanding: these activities are part of life in the countryside and the charm of our rural environment 🌾🐮 No shops in the village. Supermarket at 15min. Restaurant 15min away (mainly open out of season from Thursday to Sunday). Bakery at 4min but closed on Sundays. Total gas station 5 minutes away.
