Shetland Retreat

Enjoy the lovely setting of this rustic / modern shepherd hut in the heart of Dorset accompanied by two miniature Shetland Ponies in the paddock adjacent to the hut. We are a 30 minute car journey to the beautiful sandy beach of Sandbanks. A 20 minute car journey to sunny Bournemouth and only a 15 minute car journey to reach the edge of the New forest. Check us out on insta - retreatsdorset 📸 The space The retreat benefits from one bedroom, shower room, fully working kitchen area including breakfast bar and a cozy lounge with fold out sofa bed to accommodate two children comfortably. The lounge area occupies a 32 inch smart tv and an electric stove. The bedroom houses a double bed, hanging wardrobe space, bedside tables with drawers, USB connection and black out blind. The bedroom leads to the full size shower room which is provided with toilet, shower, wash basin cabinet, heated towel rail and illuminated demister mirror. The kitchen hosts an electric cooker, two ring hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and sink. Tea, coffee and sugar sachets are supplied. The private patio area benefits from a fire pit / BBQ, benches and a picnic table with umbrella. The area is fully fenced and ideal for dogs and children. From here you head up 5 wooden steps to the veranda which boasts a country outlook and bistro set to then enter the shepherds hut through the double French doors.
