The space With a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the sea, is this cozy summer cottage of 87 sqm. Two living rooms with sofas and armchairs where you can look out over the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge & freezer and microwave. Large dining table (with sea view) directly adjacent to the kitchen with space for 4-6 people. There is a shower room with shower and washing machine and a separate toilet with sink. In the house, there are 3 bedrooms. A slightly larger bedroom with double bed. A slightly smaller bedroom with bunk bed and workplace. One bedroom with two single beds (80 cm wide) and exit to one of the terraces located at the back of the house. In total there are 6 beds. Two wood-decked patios in different weather conditions and a small lawn on the property with a protected location. Just below the house there is a large common sandy beach. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house as well as patios with barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is space for 2 cars below the house. Other things to note Walking distance to Resö harbor (about 15-20 minutes). Near the harbor there is a grocery store, bakery (open June-August) and restaurant (open June-August). At the harbor, there is also a diving tower. In the harbor, it is also possible to order shrimp and crayfish from local fishermen. Resö camping is also within walking distance of the house (about 15-20 minutes). The campsite has a pontoon, diving tower, kiosk (open June-August). Around the island, there are several nice scenic walking trails in both forest and archipelago environments.
