It’s quiet and centrally located between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, 2 minutes off the M1 (north and south bound) with Brisbane City and the Gold Coast an easy 20-30minutes drive away straight onto the freeway. It’s an ideal base for exploring the area's beaches, theme parks (10-15min drive away), and attractions (nearby). Multiple Sport Hubs Nearby. Mt Warren Sports Hub 5 Minute Drive. There is an excellent playground for the children and also duck ponds - you can feed the ducks, swans and the large carp in the pond. The kids love it! This park is also famous for the Logan River run which is held most Saturdays. It is a great walking or running track near the river. Bathroom two - down the hallway, shower over bath with hand basin and a seperate toilet. - Lounge area with large TV (has Netflix and YouTube) 2 x 2.5 seater sofas and 2 big bean bags in the office. - Dining area seats 4 in total. - Full kitchen and laundry with washing machine - large clothes line in the backyard or clothes airer in the office wardrobe. Please note that the shed, garden shed and motorhome (if parked onsite) are off-limits, but the rest of the home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
