Gite in the heart of the Eastern Forest and its Lakes The space In the heart of the Forêt d 'Orient Natural Park, near the Vélovoie, and 20 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and stay in this small single-story house made of country brick accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 steps to access the garden). You will appreciate the homemade decoration and the little touches of the owners. A second cottage, located a few meters away, will allow you a stay for 9 people with the possibility of a common garden via gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, biking, fishing on site. Electric car charging stations 300m away and children's playground/fitness area 450m away You will have a living room with seating and dining area, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a "children" bedroom (2 bunk beds of 90x190 + an extra bed with a 90x190 mattress) with access to the garden, a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), and a separate toilet. Outside, you will have at your disposal a small enclosed garden with garden furniture, sunbeds, parasol and barbecue. A technical room to store your sports equipment, strollers... will be at your disposal. Loan of 2 classic bikes and 2 electric bikes (€20/day/bike) for rent on site from the owners, subject to availability. The beds will be made upon your arrival, linens will be provided. The end of stay cleaning, towels and heating and electricity will be extra (on meter reading from October to April). Dogs allowed only (no cats).
