Gîte in the heart of the Orient Forest and its Lakes The space In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient natural park, close to the Vélovoie, and 20 minutes from the city of Troyes, come and stay in this small single-story brick house accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 steps to access the garden). You will appreciate the homemade decoration and the little touches of the owners. A second cottage, located a few meters away, will allow you to stay for 9 people with the possibility of a common garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, bike path, on-site fishing. Electric car charging stations 300 m away and children's playground/fitness area 450 m away. You will have a living room with sitting and dining area, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed), a "children's" bedroom (2 bunk beds of 90 x 190 cm + an extra bed with 90 x 190 cm mattress) with access to the garden, a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), and a separate toilet. Outside, you will have a small enclosed garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. A technical room to store your sports equipment, strollers... will be at your disposal. Loan of 2 classic bikes and 2 electric bikes (€20/day/bike) for rent on site from the owners, subject to availability. The beds will be made upon your arrival, linens will be provided. End-of-stay cleaning, towels and heating and electricity will be extra (on meter reading from October to April). Dogs only allowed (no cats).
