The space Discretely set apart & screened from the host's own home and "Brickyard Cottage", the studio looks over its own private rose & native gardens. It has a comfy queen bed, ensuite bathroom with large shower, mini fridge, covered terrace with seating, and microwave * Only 90 minutes from Sydney * 4 distinct nature-transforming seasons * Convenient to all the attractions of the Highlands including restaurants, wineries, wedding venues, country pubs, gardens, shops, golf, music events & galleries * Only 3 minutes to Bowral or 10 minutes to Mittagong, Moss Vale or Berrima * A scenic 25 min drive to Bundanoon, Burrawang, Robertson or Fitzroy Falls * Sun-drenched terrace in the mornings. * Generous off-street parking * Full reverse-cycle air-conditioning Guest access Dedicated entry via the left-side double manually-opened gates off Bruce St with car parking spaces inside on the left. Extra parking is available on Bruce St to the left of the Brickyard cottage gates. Parking may on occasions need to be shared with tenant in "Brickyard Cottage". Guests can enjoy outlook onto the gardens adjoining the studio except those signposted as "Private" for the hosts' use only. For the privacy of both visitors & owners, please resist the temptation to access other parts of the host's property including driveway right of the cottage entry gates, north lawn beyond the folly, & the owners entry courtyard. Other things to note No parking along Burradoo Rd outside the property or on Bruce St right of entry gates. Lighting along the brick paths at the entry, parking and to the studio are automatic motion activated. All other garden lighting is controlled by the host and on from sunset to 9.30 pm each day.
