The main floor bathroom is easily accessible, while the second bathroom is tucked away in the basement, offering privacy and convenience. -Living Area: The heart of our home is the cozy living room, where you can unwind on comfortable sofas, enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, or simply relish in good conversation. -Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, boasting modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. ACCESSIBILITY There is 1 flight of stairs to the basement/laundry. There are 2 steps on the porch. Location: Located mere minutes from downtown Lee's Summit, you’ll be at the heart of the action. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval.
