A nearby bathroom with a tub/shower combo provides convenience and privacy for guests. Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with large flatscreen TVs, creating perfect spaces for unwinding after a day at the beach. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. You’ll have complete use of all rooms, including the spacious living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and the screened-in lanai. The only exception is a locked owner’s closet, which is used for storing cleaning supplies. Other than that, the space is entirely yours to enjoy—from the relaxing interior to the amenities like the heated pool and nearby lakes. Feel free to make yourself at home! Other things to note Important Notes to Know Before Booking: Please be mindful of the following to help us maintain the beauty of our space: ***Please note that this condominium is not childproof and includes features that may present safety considerations. A lake with mangroves is located just steps beyond the back of the unit, and there are no barriers separating the property from the water. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, both inside the condo and on the surrounding grounds. **This is a quiet boutique condominium where noise levels must be respected at all times in consideration of neighbors. The home is furnished with fine, light-toned pieces, including genuine leather furnishings, and guests are asked to use care during their stay. **Self-tanner and sunscreen can cause permanent damage to leather furniture, upholstery, linens, and towels. We kindly ask that you avoid applying these products inside the condo and ensure they do not come into direct contact with any furniture. Even after showering, self-tanner can transfer onto furniture, so we’ve provided a clean, washable sofa cover for your convenience. Please use it to protect the leather sofa and prevent staining. **Application of hair dye or color products inside the condo will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit, as these items can permanently stain grout, quartz surfaces, and fabrics. To ensure a safe, clean, and hypoallergenic environment for all guests, please be mindful of the following: **No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the condo. No Plug-In Air Fresheners: To maintain a nontoxic, clean atmosphere, we kindly ask that you do not use plug-in air fresheners Nontoxic Products Provided: For your convenience, we’ve provided nontoxic laundry detergent and soaps throughout the condo, keeping the space as safe and healthy as possible. We take pride in returning security deposits to our guests after inspection, and we truly appreciate your care in preserving our brand-new furnishings.
