Guest access The price advertised includes access to all the rooms described in the listing. Please note that there is an additional master bedroom and office which will remain locked, as they contain our private belongings and will not be available for guest use. The €500 deposit is required by the community for access to the community areas only—such as the state-of-the-art pool with magnificent views of the Costa del Sol and the gym with sea views. This deposit is collected separately from Airbnb and covers access keys and ensures compliance with the community’s rules. The home includes 3 spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable double beds, as well as a wonderful guest suite that functions as an additional bedroom. The guest suite comes complete with its own kitchenette, a half bath, and a selection of games — perfect for relaxing evenings in. Please note that one bedroom is kept locked, as we use it for personal storage, so the rental provides access to the 3 main bedrooms plus the guest suite — giving you plenty of comfortable space throughout your stay. Regarding the Community Pool & Gym: To enjoy the shared community pool and gym facilities, we kindly ask for an additional refundable deposit of €500, payable directly to us. This deposit is fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided the community access cards or keys are returned in good condition, all rules have been followed, and no damages have been made to our house.
