The space This charming cottage features two cozy bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen-over-Queen bunk, perfect for families or groups. A pull-out couch in the living area provides additional sleeping space with a Full-size bed. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with brand-new appliances, making it easy to cook and dine in. The recently refinished bathroom includes a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to our entire property including our two car garage. Other things to note You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property - age verification required. Our home is part of an HOA that owns 500 feet of beach. You are able to use this beach during your stay.
