Have a pleasant stay in this renovated house at the foot of Mont Barre, in a small mid-mountain village at 920 m altitude. Ideal base for exploring the countryside of the Monts de Lacaune, but also the South Aveyron. The cottage is located 16 km from Lacaune (Souces Chaudes swimming pool), 16 km from the lake and the Laouzas recreation center, 20 km from Rougier de Camarès. The space 3-star serviced apartment ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ The accommodation is composed of a living room of about 30m2, with an equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed (BZ in 140 cm). Kitchen equipment: fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, raclette machine. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (each with a 140 cm double bed) and a bathroom with toilet. Roller shutters in the 2 bedrooms. Linens and towels provided. Beds made upon arrival. At the top of the stairs: child safety gate. Ideal for 4 people but can be suitable for 6 people thanks to the BZ in the living room. (roller shutters at the French door and blackout blinds at the kitchen window and front door) Guest access The cottage is exclusively reserved for guests, as well as the terrace and adjoining garden (about 300 m2). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. (Bathroom and toilet upstairs) Other things to note Shops in Lacaune (15 km), Murat (12 km) or Camarès (15 km). No wifi but very satisfactory 4G connection. Village festival from Friday August 22 to Monday August 25, 2025: a little less tranquility in the evening but a very friendly weekend.
