Beautiful cabin on Lake Almanor

Beautiful A-frame cabin with brand new appliances. Cozy and fit for a family vacation! 5 mins to lake. Cabin is part of the Lake Almanor Country Club so you have access to all those amenities; beautiful recreation areas, marina, golf course and restaurants. Enjoy the live bands in the summer time and boat/jet ski rentals at the marina! Don't have a boat? Don't fret! We have two paddle boards, available for you. In the winter enjoy the sledding and trails. The space The Cozy Cabin is located in a beautiful, gated community. The house has three levels. Top level has a bedroom with queen bed. A full-size bathroom with shower. A loft area with two twin beds. The main level has a bedroom with two twin beds, you can push together to make a king size bed, there are sheets available. A full bathroom with bath/shower combo. Kitchen, living room and dining area are on this floor. As well as access to our beautiful back deck. The bottom level has a full-size sleeper sofa bed. It’s a very large room where many can sleep in sleeping bags or personal cots brought from home. This room has tons of games, outdoor activities, books, another couch and a TV. This is where the washer and dryer are located, as well as a half bathroom. There is a second porch, access from this room as well. Our driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles (depending on size). We hope you enjoy our spacious home! Guest access Recreation #1 offers a Sports Center where you can rent tennis racquets, pickle ball, bocce ball, volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, basketball, playground. Also has beach front for swimming and accessing the boat launch (LACC charges a fee to launch your boat). If you bring your own boat, you are responsible for any fees/pass needed to use or launch your boat this includes the fee charged by the LACC. Recreation #2 is a smaller area with a playground and also a beach area. Recreation #3 offers Disc Golf. The clubhouse has the Sugar Pine Lounge and The Clifford's Restaurant. Beautiful golf course with 9/18-hole golf. Clubs and Golf cart can be rented. A great lake for fishing and the area offers great fishing guides. Other things to note You will be required to pay a $40/night rental fee to the LACC gate at time of check in. The fee goes directly to the country club, not the hosts. This fee pays for the amenities of the country club area. You have a two-hour window upon check-in to report any issues with your reservation. We will immediately resolve those issues to your satisfaction. If we are unable to do so your reservation will be cancelled, and you shall receive a full refund. If we do not hear from you within those two hours, we will assume all is well and we will not issue any refunds. We do ask that if somethings breaks down during your stay that you contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable environment without worry so that you can enjoy your stay. Upon booking you are acknowledging that we are a cabin in the woods and there is wildlife that lives in this habitat. Please be mindful of picking up trash and litter. Not only to help protect the wildlife but to also keep the wildlife off our property as much as possible. No smoking of any kind allowed. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping. Host is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. High-mounted camera faces front porch and back porch, situated 10ft above. Records audio/visual when motion detected, ceases when motion ends. Not actively monitored, reviewed solely in emergencies or for damage assessment. We value privacy and have no intention of monitoring guests; these details are Airbnb requirements. Violations to house rules will result in the reservation being canceled immediately, guests escorted off property and no refunds given.
