Message us & ask about our early check-in/out options Guest access The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other things to note House Rules No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed. PETS: We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved. Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning. Respect the Neighbors: Be considerate of the surrounding residents. Do not block their parking spots or driveways. This is a residential neighborhood, so please observe quiet times from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Gatherings must be limited to our MAX occupancy. Violating this rule will result in a mandatory $2000 fine and forfeit of your rent.
