On the ground floor, we find a very bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one double and one single. Through internal stairs, you access the upper floor with two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with artificial grass and panoramic and sea views. This spacious home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for large families or groups of friends. The patio includes a small pool where you can cool down on hot days, a chill-out area with a gas barbecue, and a washing machine room. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
