If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. You can reach the water within a minute, practically swimming at your doorstep. The sea here is ideal for children, very quiet, warm and shallow. The nearest sandy beach is less than 10 minutes away. From the harbor you can watch beautiful sunsets. The space 🏠 Description of the accommodation Our cozy apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay – ideal for couples, families or friends. 🛏️ Bedroom The apartment has two lovingly furnished rooms: One bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) Another room with a pull-out bed that accommodates two people – perfect for children or extra guests. 🍽️ Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: A dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the important cooking utensils are available to make you feel at home. 🚿 Bathroom The modern shower toilet is equipped with a washing machine – especially practical for longer stays. 🌿 Balcony A real highlight is the covered balcony, which invites you to linger – whether for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor. The entrance is via a shared staircase, which is shared with another apartment. The apartment is accessible via a normal staircase (no elevator available). After entering the house, a staircase leads directly to the apartment door, which is on the right side. 🔑 Access to the apartment: Guests will be given their own key and will have full access to the apartment during their stay. Other things to note The sea is located just steps away from the house. Just around the corner (50 m along the coastal path) there is a larger and much more lively beach with a local grocery store and bakery (only from June to September!), a hotel restaurant and a beach bar with children's playground. More grocery stores, restaurants, shops... can be found in Nin, about 4 km away, or Privlaka, Zaton, Zadar, Vir. The beautiful sandy beach Bilotinjak is within walking distance and the famous Queen's Beach in Nin is 4 km away... Nearby are the beautiful Kornati National Park, Krka, Paklenica, Plitvicka jezera, which you can visit during your stay. And don't forget to visit picturesque historical places such as Nin (4 km) and Zadar (15 km) - one of the most beautiful Croatian cities and the best European destination in 2016.
