Spacious, perfect for families who need peace and quiet in a cozy and comfortable place, with 3 en-suites, 2 semi-en-suites and 1 bedroom, an external bathroom, swimming pool and barbecue area, with pier access to the Preguiças River. Ideal for enjoying the city and its charms, resting after a ride in the dunes or being the base for a round trip to Atins, a kitesurfer's paradise, which is 40 minutes by speedboat. Be enchanted The space This place is special, it has coziness, peace and comfort and is perfect for those who want to relax and get to know this enchanted region... A house with its own leisure area, airy, delicious! The house is in a pleasant gated community (Bela Vista Condominium), just minutes from downtown Barreirinhas. It has its own swimming pool with waterfall and hot tub, barbecue, 2 en-suites and 2 semi-en-suites on the upper floor, an en-suite and a bedroom on the lower floor, electric shower, TV in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, outdoor bathroom for the pool, appliances (stove, microwave, sandwich maker, refrigerator, vertical and horizontal freezer, blender), dishes, cutlery, pots, bed and bath linens for guests, that is, the house is prepared to receive you and your group. It is a house suitable for family outings, our property comfortably accommodates up to 17 people. It has its own condominium pier for access to the Preguiça River, where companies can take your group on unforgettable tours. It is our family's home that is available to yours, so take care and treat it with the same affection that we put into every detail of this place. NOTE: It is not a suitable house for parties/excursions, given the location in a gated community and, therefore, the restriction of sound volume and number of people. We do not accept pets of any kind, of any size. Guest access The house is in a gated community, with no walls between the properties. The condominium space is shared, but we rent only the space of the house, as we have our own leisure space in the house, swimming pool and barbecue area. Use of the condominium's leisure area is not allowed. The common area of the condominium, whose transit is permitted, is restricted to the movement between the entrance and the house, as well as the path between the house and the pier, if it is necessary to use it for tours on the Preguiças River. Sound is allowed but at a moderate volume, given the location in a gated community and the need to respect the other residents. Sound is not allowed after 10 p.m. Other things to note - The Condominium has an access pier to the Preguiças River, which can be used for speedboat rides -The rented space is that of the house, and use of the common areas of the condominium is not allowed, except for the aforementioned pier. In our own house, we have a barbecue and swimming pool, and it is not necessary or allowed to use leisure areas other than those of the house itself. - We DO NOT allow pets of any kind or size. -Like every house in a condominium, we have restrictions on the volume of sound. We always ask for moderation in this regard out of respect for the other residents, and the use of sound after 10 p.m. is prohibited. -We DO NOT accept Excursions! It is a family-friendly home - Respect the maximum number of people in the house under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. If your group has more than 17 people, our house is not suitable for you! - No parties or festive events are allowed. If that is your need, our house is not suitable for you. -We will be happy to host you, but we ask for maximum respect for these rules under penalty of cancellation of the accommodation.
