Oak and Ivey Cottage

Enjoy everything Asheville has to offer! Blue Ridge Parkway three minutes away. 10 minutes to Biltmore estate, downtown Asheville, and incredible restaurants breweries and shopping. Our three bedroom, the three bathroom cottage is completely furnished with all the amenities to enjoy a comfortable getaway.  The space There are a few steps down to the sidewalk to the house. The main level has a living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Downstairs in the basement area is a desk area that looks out over the mountains and the 3rd bedroom and 3rd full bathroom. It is the only bedroom with a smart tv. This room is generally always cooler. Enjoy the large partially covered deck with ample seating and dining table overlooking the mountain views and wildlife ( bears, deer, coyotes) that wander through. You may occasionally get a visit from our Bernese Mountain Dog, Chief who is constantly on bear patrol! Guest access The entire house and yard are available for our guests enjoyment.
