The space This 2 storey grade 2 listed building with easy access . Both bedrooms are in our home, which are private rooms there is a lock on the doors. We have 2 rooms available for hire, Room 1 as a double bed, with a private bathroom. Room 2 as a Kingsize bed with a bathroom en suite both rooms are located on 1st floor. Our lounge is available, we have garden patio with hot tub for the use of guests. We serve a light breakfast & liquid refreshments included in the price. Cooked Breakfast & evening dinner is available with prior booking, with an additional cost. Your hosts Mike & Shaun Guest access Private Car Parking to the front of the building . There is easy access to the front door and the garden door. During your stay Your host will be available on arrival and checking out. Guests are welcome to use our lounge and interact with the hosts. If guest would prefer total privacy, the rooms have TV & free wifi, guest can just relax in their private space. Other things to note Included in the price of the room we provide a light breakfast of Fruit juice, fresh fruit, selection of cereals, yogurt, toast, preserves, honey. We can provide a full Engish breakfast at an extra charge. Evening dinner is an option. This option must be pre arranged.
