Our apartment is one of the very few in the area that has a beautiful direct and panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the sea and stunning sunsets. It is cozy, well-lit and nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi and 2 Smart TVs. The building has common areas: a gym, 2 swimming pools (for adults and children) available Monday through Friday, a lounge bar, a children's area, and a jogging area. The space The apartment has an open kitchen, living room and balcony. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom + an enclosed space with folding doors with the laundry room (no washing machine) and cleaning supplies Guest access In the apartment, you can use all the spaces, taking the rules into account (no smoking, no loud noise, and no parties). In the building, you can use the common areas, such as the jogging area and the gym (open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and depending on capacity); and 2 pools (open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and depending on capacity). Other things to note The pool can be used according to capacity, Monday through Friday (Mondays from 2pm to 8pm) Tuesdays, Thursdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (from 5am to 8pm). The gym is open from 5 am to 11 pm.
