The building has common areas; 02 swimming pools: (adults and children), grills, lounge bar, meeting room, gym and jogging area. The space The apartment has an open kitchen, living room and balcony. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom + an enclosed space with folding doors with the laundry room (no washing machine) and cleaning supplies Other things to note The pool can be used according to capacity, Monday through Friday (Mondays from 2pm to 8pm) Tuesdays, Thursdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (from 5am to 8pm). The gym is open from 5 am to 11 pm.
