Stay in my home a modern townhouse just 15 minutes’ walk from the Town centre. Dunedin is very hilly and I live half way up a hill. Enjoy your own private room upstairs with an ensuite shower bathroom and a double bed. The kitchen and lounge are shared spaces with myself and my partner Stephen ideal for relaxing or cooking a meal. Located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Free street parking is available, and the area is well serviced by buses. The space The apartment is easy to find walk up the drive and it is the apartment directly in front of you one in from the left. There is a H and two ghekos close to the door. Guest access You will come in through the kitchen and the stairs to your private room with ensuite are directly in front of you. You are very welcome to use the kitchen and lounge area, these are shared spaces.
