Including a large dinning room table. There is a toilet and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs has an open plan bedroom with a luxurious bath at one end. 2 velux windows open into small balconies to enjoy the stunning views. With 2 rear windows looking onto the front garden. Outside their is a decking area which leads onto grass. This has been just laid and the wild flower meadow is still taking, hence the lower rental price per night for now. Parking is at the side of the property. The owners live up the same track in a completely separate dwelling and are on hand for any queries. There is 700MB internet in the property. An instant hot water boiling tap in the kitchen. Microwave Dishwasher Washing Machine Fridge/Freezer Over and hob The barn has air con for those hot days Guest access You have the whole space and the garden plus your own parking. Other things to note The property is rural but with a lot of footpaths. There is one that runs past the end of the garden. This takes you down to Lenham village with 2 pubs, a restaurant, fish and chips, Chinese, a couple of coffee shops, a bakers and green grocers, chemist and small Co-Op. The barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with no need to drive for walks. But there are some amazing local pubs we list out in the welcome book. Up our track is a neighbour and then our property.
